Bega Cheese, Tatura Milk Industries and Bega Dairy and Drinks have a dispute resolution process that is detailed in each of the Milk Supply Agreements and Farm Gate Agreements (as applicable).

The table below sets out Bega Cheese Limited’s report on disputes arising under or in connection with milk supply agreements or farm gate agreements entered into by it and its subsidiary entities Tatura Milk Industries Pty Ltd and BDD Australia Pty Ltd for this Reporting Period.
